تضعیف استراتژی بازدارندگی اسرائیل در غرب آسیا در جریان جنگ 2023 با حماس

چکیده

پس از جنگ جهانی دوم، با همکاری میان جنبش صهیونیسم و بریتانیا، یهودیان از سراسر جهان به منطقۀ فلسطین مهاجرت کردند تا در جوار کوه صهیون، سرزمین موعود خود را پدید آورند. این روند اگرچه با مخالفت اعراب مواجه شد؛ اما در نهایت در 14 مه 1948، هم‌زمان با پایان درگیری‌ها میان شبه‌نظامیان عرب و مهاجران تازه ‌وارد یهودی و پایان قیومیت بریتانیا بر فلسطین، به تأسیس و استقلال اسرائیل منجر شد. این رژیم در چندین جنگ با اعراب، بر مناطق زیادی از فلسطین مسلط شده و اراضی آن را اشغال کرده است. تهاجم نظامی 7 اکتبر 2023 حماس به اسرائیل و وارد کردن ضربات سنگین بر پیکرۀ این رژیم، قدرت بازدارندگی و پدافندی آن را به‌شدت تضعیف کرد و تل‌آویو در پاسخ به این عملیات تهاجمی، دست به بمباران مناطقی از نوار غزه و محاصرۀ کامل این باریکه زد. سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که استراتژی بازدارندگی اسرائیل در غرب آسیا در جریان جنگ 2023 با حماس چگونه است؟ فرضیۀ پژوهش این است که با حملۀ گستردۀ حماس به اسرائیل در 7 اکتبر 2023 و شلیک مداوم راکت به شهرک‌های یهودی‌نشین در جنوب اسرائیل، قدرت بازدارندگی و پدافندی این رژیم به‌شدت کاهش پیدا کرده است. تل‌آویو در پاسخ به این حملات، با حمایت و پشتیبانی آمریکا و کشورهای غربی، اقدام به حملات هوایی وسیعی به نوار غزه و محاصرۀ همه‌جانبۀ آن نموده است که این امر می‌تواند منجر به حذف حماس از معادلات میدانی و تضعیف زنجیرۀ مقاومت اسلامی در غرب آسیا شود. این خصومت‌ها و ماجراجویی‌های تل‌آویو در منطقه و بمباران بازیگران محور مقاومت هیچ کمکی به صلح و ثبات پایدار در غرب آسیا نخواهد کرد. در این میان، تل‌آویو چندین بار اقدام به حملۀ تهاجمی به ایران نموده است. اگرچه ایران در پاسخ به این حملات تهاجمی با هدف ایجاد بازدارندگی، نیز اقدام به پرتاب موشک و پهباد به سمت اسرائیل نمود؛ امّا تهران خواهان افزایش تنش‌ها در منطقه نیست. روش تحقیق، ترکیبی از کمّی و کیفی و شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات نیز مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی است.
