چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی و شناسایی روند الگوهای تاریخی رشد شهر، شبیه‌­سازی و پیش‌­بینی اندازه و نحوه رشد آینده شهر زاهدان است و به دنبال بررسی و شناسایی عوامل مداخله­­‌گر در تعیین جهت هوشمندانه محدوده­‌های شهری است. در این پژوهش قصد پاسخ­گویی به این سؤال کلیدی است که آیا رشد محدوده شهری زاهدان مطابق با الگوهای تدارک و برنامه­‌ریزی شده و همسان با جمعیت است؟ پژوهش حاضر از طریق جمع‌­آوری داده­‌های اسنادی و تصاویر سنجش­‌از­دور ماهواره لندست طی دوره‌­های ده­‌ساله زمانی از 1370 تا 1400 و کاربست مدل SLEUTH-3R برای بررسی روند رشد محدوده شهر در گذشته و پیش­‌بینی آینده آن تا سال 1430 و استفاده از نرم‌­افزارهای تخصصی تجزیه­ و ­تحلیل داده­‌های مکانی ArcGIS و Envi انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، روند رشد تاریخی شهر زاهدان بیشتر براساس رشد ارگانیک، رشد براساس گرایش به جاده و رشد مناطق شهری به‌صورت لبه‌­ای و رشد آتی شهر به‌صورت درونی و سپس در کناره­‌های بافت موجود خواهد بود. نتایج رشد آینده شهر زاهدان نشان داد، رشد بیشتر به سمت غرب و بخش­‌هایی از جنوب خواهد بود که با در نظر گرفتن مطلوبیت توسعه اراضی در نیمه غربی الگو و میزان رشد محدوده در آینده را منطقی و مناسب می‌کند. نتایج برآوردهای آتی رشد محدوده کالبدی و جمعیتی نشانگر کاهش تراکم جمعیت به میزان 57 نفر در هکتار از 89 نفر در هکتار خواهد بود. این مقدار نشانگر سبقت میزان رشد فیزیکی شهر از رشد جمعیتی آن و به معنای گسترش افقی شهر و پراکنده‌­رویی بیش‌ازحد شهر زاهدان است. با توجه به پژوهش انجام شده، بهترین گزینه برای توسعه شهر زاهدان، توسعه درونی یا توسعه میان­‌افزا است که در زمین­‌های بایر و خالی درون شهر اتفاق می‌­افتد.
