بررسی تأثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و بازاریابی سبز در جهت توسعه صنعت گردشگری (موردمطالعه: استان اردبیل)

چکیده
بررسی نظری و پیشینه مطالعات قبلی نشان می‌دهد، شکاف پژوهشی همبستگی بین عوامل مسئولیت اجتماعی، استراتژی بازاریابی سبز، شهرت شرکت و عملکرد تجاری وجود دارد. زمینه عملی صنعت خدمات گردشگری است که روز به روز به اهمیت گردشگری و توسعه آن افزوده می‌شود. گردشگری صنعتی خدماتی است که به ارائه مطلوب خدمات به گردشگران وابسته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مدیران و کارشناسان و کسب و کارهای خدماتی وابسته به گردشگری استان اردبیل بودند. با توجه به وجود 315 هتل، مهمان‌پذیر، هتل‌آپارتمان و بومگردی، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 173 مورد و 346 پرسشنامه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به‌صورت هدفمند و نظری انتخاب شد. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (نرم‌افزار PLS) انجام شد. نتایج حاکی از تأیید فرضیات تحقیق به‌جز تأثیر استراتژی بازاریابی سبز بر نتایج کسب و کار بود. شایسته است، مدیران مجموعه گردشگری مسئولیت اجتماعی را اصل اخلاقی در نظر بگیرند و با به‌کارگیری استراتژی بازاریابی سبز موجب رفع نگرانی گردشگران حامی محیط‌زیست شوند و با ایجاد شهرت قوی عملکرد تجاری خود را بهبود دهند.
