چکیده

در دنیایی کنونی یکی از روش‌های جذب گردشگران، برگزاری جشنواره‌ها و رویدادهای مختلف گردشگری است. رویدادها از مهیج­ترین و پرسرعت­ترین صنایع روبه­رشد در ارتباط با فراغت، تجارت و گردشگری محسوب می­ شوند. این پژوهش می‌کوشد تا به بررسی اثر آوازه برند جشنواره‌های گردشگری بر تعلق خاطر به شهر گردشگری از طریق متغیرهای آگاهی از برند، کیفیت درک­شده، تصویر برند در جشنواره‌های گلاب‌گیری شهر کاشان بپردازد. شهر کاشان با توجه به نزدیکی به مراکز عمدة جمعیتی کشور، قابلیت‌های زیادی برای جذب گردشگران دارد. در این پژوهش، گردشگران داخلی انتخاب شده­ اند. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، جزء تحقیقات پیمایشی و توصیفی دسته‌بندی می‌شود. جامعة آماری مطالعة حاضر تمامی شرکت­کنندگان در جشنوارة گلاب‌گیری کاشان­ بودند و روش نمونه­گیری، در دسترس بود. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان داد، مؤلفه‌های آوازه برند شامل قابلیت اطمینان، آشنایی و تخصص بر آگاهی، کیفیت درک­شده و تصویر برند شهر کاشان اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که آشنایی با برند جشنوارة گلاب‌گیری کاشان بر آگاهی از برند جشنوارة گلاب‌گیری اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد که این امر نشان می‌دهد، آشنا بودن با جشنواره یکی از عواملی است که می‌تواند باعث بهبود ارتباط با شرکت‌کنندگان شود. زمانی که آشنایی با برند جشنوارة گردشگری به‌درستی صورت گیرد، باعث موفقیت برنامه‌های جشنواره می­شود و از این طریق شرکت‌کنندگان بهتر از برنامه‌های جشنواره بهره‌مند می ­شوند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد، متغیر قابلیت اطمینان از جشنوارة گلاب‌گیری بر آگاهی از برند جشنواره گلاب‌گیری اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
