Abstract

A simple view of the global space shows outstanding action among actors at different levels and fields around artificial intelligence. Among these fields that have been strongly affected by the emerging trend of artificial intelligence is the field of geopolitics, which has emerged in the form of geopolitics of artificial intelligence, and the process of its use and application is expanding day by day.

Considering these developments and issues surrounding it in the field of geopolitics of artificial intelligence, the present research has been carried out with the aim of explaining the concept of geopolitics of artificial intelligence and knowing the basic dimensions that shape it with a descriptive-analytical method and using library and internet resources.

The results of this research show that the concept of geopolitics of artificial intelligence has been expanding during the last decade, but a reliable definition of it has not been made, which can generally be known as knowledge, acquisition, productivity and He defined the preservation of geographical resources of power with the focus of artificial intelligence in transnational, national, regional and global relations.

The use of artificial intelligence in various fields by governmental (and non-governmental) actors has had strategic implications for international politics, whose effects can be discussed in the form of four dimensions of geographic sources of power, geopolitical actors, geopolitical relations, and geopolitical strategies.
