Improving the environmental quality of the historical context in order to realize creative urban tourism (case of study: historical market area of ​​Tabriz city)

Abstract

Today, one of the most important methods that can be used to guide the process of thinking about reviving the historical context and improving the quality of their environment from a one-dimensional and sectoral approach to a systemic perspective and sustainable development is to emphasize the concept of tourism, especially creative tourism, which is one of the most optimal solutions to this problem. It is important. In this regard, this research; It has examined the environmental quality of the historical context in order to realize creative urban tourism. The research method is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of purpose. The method of data collection has been done in library and field. Also, people have been randomly selected for questioning and out of 563,660 households in the area, 400 heads of households were selected for questioning using Cochran's formula. To analyze the obtained data, SPSS software was used, including multivariate regression tests, path analysis, and t-test. The results showed that physical-spatial dimension indicators with a numerical value (801.) have the most and technological dimension indicators with a numerical value (576.) have the least impact on the realization of creative tourism, and also by using the path analysis method, it was determined that each of the indicators They have direct and indirect effects on the realization of creative tourism in Tabriz cityrs with a numerical value (801.) have the most and technological dimension indicators with a numerical value (576.) have the least impact on the realization of creative tourism, and also by using the path analysis method, it was determined that each of the indicators They have direct and indirect effects on the realization of creative tourism in Tabriz city.
