Abstract

Environment and sustainable development are two interrelated concepts. International relations experts have spoken in the form of two views on the environment. This paper compares the two theoretical approaches mentioned in the theoretical framework And descriptive-analytical approach and library tools and conversations with environmental experts answer the question that Considering the conflicting theoretical approaches in the field of environment and sustainable development, how can the approach of environmental management in Kermanshah province be analyzed? In response to this hypothesis, it is suggested that "governance and environmental management in Kermanshah province is not based on the requirements of the ecological theory of greens (nomaltosis) and "Therefore, the prospects for environmental protection and sustainable development in the province are not clear."
