Today Guidance Projects seeks to improve the quality of the environment with the goals of organizing and modifying the existing structure, determining the extent and location of future expansion, and how to use the land for various functions. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to analyze and evaluate the success rate of the implementation of Guidance Projects on the feeling of belonging to a place and achieving this goal. The current research is a field survey in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and in terms of data collection methods. For this purpose, after examining the theoretical and library foundations, research variables and indicators have been extracted, and in the field study phase, the required data has been collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Shusef village is one of the villages of Shusef section of Nehbandan city, South Khorasan province. This village has 56 inhabited villages, of which 15 villages have been studied. The results of the data analysis show that each variable mean of the sense of belonging to a place in all three dimensions with the priority of the identity dimension among the samples was significant and above the median value, and the effects of the socio-cultural dimension of Guidance Projects were more than other dimensions. The results of the correlation test between the variable of the effects of the Guidance Projects implementation and the sense of belonging to a place show that the economic, social and environmental variables have a stronger relationship with the sense of belonging to a place.
