Abstract
The village in the city is one of the unique phenomena resulting from rapid urbanization. Although the rural towns seem chaotic due to the existence of economic, social, physical, environmental and other conflicts with the mayor, they contain a rich and authentic social life, and for this reason, maintaining and increasing the quality of such urban contexts is of particular importance. The aim of this article is to investigate the effective factors on improving the quality of living in Goyim village of Shiraz metropolis., The research is of an applied type in terms of its purpose and is located in the apparatus of the pragmatism paradigm. Its research method is descriptive-analytical with quantitative-qualitative approach. The research strategy is of comparative type and its question is in the form of how. Information was collected in a library and field method. The statistical population consists of the citizens of Goyim village, 384 people were selected as the sample size. Using binomial, Friedman, Pearson and regression statistical tests, the data from the questionnaire were analyzed. The results indicate that the average level of all indicators is lower than the average level of the test and as a result, they are evaluated as weak., The regression results showed that all indicators have a significant impact on improving the quality of Goyim neighborhood. The influence rate is calculated as 3.96. In this context, the economic welfare index with a beta value of 0.948 has had the greatest impact on improving the current situation of Goyim neighborhood in Shiraz. In line with the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of living in Rostashahr, the results showed that 19 factors are influential, and the most important of these factors is the improvement of roads and accesses in the neighborhood with an average of 13.05.
