Data analysis has been done through correlation analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of structural equation modeling showed that according to the conceptual model of the test, a strong and significant relationship was observed between the research indicators and the urban high-rise development process (p<0.05) and the model fit indices also show the appropriateness and appropriateness of the data. with the conceptual model and as a result the model is confirmed.
