Abstract
Based on the report of the World Tourism Organization, cultural
tourism is a major part of global tourism. Therefore, it is also very
important from the economic point of view. Considering the cultural
diversity, Iran can be one of the most important forms of tourism
development.On the other hand, tourism is considered as a tool to earn foreign currency and provide the resources needed to transform developing countries dependent on agriculture into
industrial economies. In this research, an attempt was made to identify five indicators including:
the obstacles of government organizations to the development of local
sustainability, obstacles related to infrastructure, tourism facilities,
support and investment resources, marketing, managerial and
executive aspects as obstacles, cultural obstacles, religious obstacles
and Socially obstacles, obstacles related to the lack of specialized
human resources and negative effects on the tourism environment
have been emphasized as an obstacle to tourism development. Field
and library methods were used to collect the data of this research,
which was conducted in a descriptive and analytical way. The
statistical population of the research is the tourists of Khaf city. The
amount of use of Cochran's formula was obtained by 384 people and
the questionnaire was randomly distributed among them.
The data of this research have been analyzed by SPSS and AMOS
software. The findings of the research show that two indicators of infrastructural facilities
and shortage of experts are more important than other indicators of the
investigated model, which are more important among the infrastructural criteria
of transportation infrastructure than tourism infrastructure. In the next stage, this is a
management index that is another obstacle for the development of
tourism in Khaf County , then, the index of cultural aspects is placed with a
coefficient of 0.86, and the environmental index is placed with a coefficient of 0.57.
