Abstract
Goals: Land use has always been a major concern for planners, Policy-makers and executives Areas of focus on environmental sciences And is scheduled. Research Methodology: existence Research The factors affecting agricultural land use change The County pays Binalood. The research method is descriptive-analytic In this study, using documentary research And interviews with experts In the County Binalood components 23 Affecting Agricultural land use change Were identified. And to help 10 person of Local administrators and experts This area Scoring was based on the scale set. In the following Using factor analysis in the SPSS Factors detected Below 9 main factor The percentage were 95/69 of explained variance.
