Considering the growth trend of urbanization in Iran's metropolises, including Isfahan, and the challenges that have been created for cities in various fields, Urban intelligence can be effective as a suitable approach to achieve sustainable urban development. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to investigate and evaluate the areas of Isfahan city in relation to the indicators of urban smartness. The research aims to be applied-developmental and its method is descriptive-analytical and survey. The statistical population of the research consists of experts in the field of urban planning And using the snowball method, 50 people were selected as the target sample. The information required for the research was obtained by studying library-documentary sources and field studies AHP and WASPAS methods were used for analysis. Urban smartness is the final form of approaches such as compact city, smart growth, smart city, etc. In the current research, the common indicators of these theories have been used in the form of five dimensions in examining the condition of the regions of Isfahan city. After prioritizing the sub-criteria, the results showed that in the physical criterion, zone six, and in the environmental-ecological criterion, zones five and six have the first priority. In terms of economic criteria, regions 6 and 8 have the highest ranks. Region three has the first rank in the social criteria compared to the sub-criteria, and in the management-political criterion, the region four has been ranked first. And finally, suggestions were made to improve the condition of the areas of Isfahan city in relation to the desired criteria.
