Abstract
Evaluating the impact of implementation of conductor plans is one of the important solutions to fix the defects of these designs and enhance their impact. Given the importance of this issue, the present study also examined the impact of implementation of conductors on rural physical development in Zahak Township. The present study was used in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical method. The data and information collection has been collected as a survey and a questionnaire. The statistical population of the villages of the city (40 villages) was Zahak, where the Hadi plan was carried out. Twenty percent of the villages, including eight villages, were selected as an example. In these eight villages, 338 samples were selected to answer the questions using Cochran formula. The data of the unlimited exploration (Johanen method) was used to analyze the data on the implementation of the conductor project. The results of the research showed that the implementation of the conductor project in Zahak County is more about the impact on the issuance of housing ownership and possibility, the use of quality materials in construction, improving the rural road network, improving access and distribution of service and distribution of native architecture And it has an area in rural construction. In terms of comparing the impact of conductor projects in the villages of the region, the results showed that the villages of Eastern Anecdote, Malek Heidari, Hassan Blood and Kuhk had a more favorable implementation of physical development.
