Abstract
A resilient city is a city that has the ability to maintain balance and return to its original state and resume activities after a disaster. The present study aims to analyze urban resilience scenarios with emphasis on water crisis in Jiroft city. The method of descriptive-analytical research is based on library-documentary studies, field studies and software.By forming an elite panel and preparing a questionnaire (in two stages), it was compiled and Mick Mac and ScenarioWizard futures research software was used to analyze the data.Using Delphi method, 50 scientific elites, 30 professors and doctoral students and 20 current executives were selected for analysis. The level of validity and reliability of variables in the matrix of Jiroft water crisis resilience system is at a very desirable level and the amount of filling obtained for the variables with two repetitions of data rotation (high reliability) shows 96.67% which indicates a high impact factor and high factor load on the selected variables and factors. Thus, four main scenarios including favorable scenario, appropriate scenario, inappropriate scenario and disaster scenario in urban resilience with emphasis on the water crisis of Jiroft were identified and evaluated.
