Abstract
The central core of cities is the starting point of the culture and creation of every city, which introduces itself as the city's identity and birth certificate. Paying attention to the historical and cultural potentials with an emphasis on the culture of the resident people is what creative tourism proposes as a successful solution in historical re-creation. The aim of this research is to identify the influencing factors in the creative tourism model based on the approach of recreating the historical texture in Golestan Sabzevar neighborhood. The research method of this article is descriptive-analytical and based on survey studies using questionnaire tools. The statistical population of the research consists of the residents of Koi Golestan, Sabzevar city, which is more than 5800 people. Based on the calculation of Cochran's formula, the sample size was calculated as 380 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed through elite society and reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha with a coefficient of 0.92. Finally, a creative tourism model based on the approach of historical recreation was developed from 6 important and effective criteria including: participation, cultural attractions and industries, innovation and value creation, cultural heritage protection, creative economy and welfare facilities, which was developed using Friedman's test and taxonomy method. Cultural industries and innovation in the historical context of Golestan Sabzevar neighborhood have the greatest impact on effective revitalization. The model of creative tourism can, by taking advantage of the cultural industries and the potential capacity of creative processes in the historical fabric of the city, cause the growth of the creative economy and provide the possibility of cooperation between tourists and residents, and be the cause of effective revitalization in the re-creation of the historical fabric.
