Abstract

Targets:

Analysis of favorable scenarios for the development of green entrepreneurship in the rural areas of Torbet Jam

Method:

The research method is applied, descriptive-analytical, and library and field methods (observation, questionnaire) were used to collect data. The statistical population is 45 experts of rural entrepreneurs. To analyze the data, after extracting the factors affecting the adoption of green entrepreneurship as effective key drivers, the interaction analysis method of variables was used in the Mic Mac software, and finally the scenarios were compiled in the scenario software. Based on the values of the values calculated in the initial cross effects matrix from the elite, 9 factors with high impact value, 70 with medium impact, 309 with low impact and 53 factors with no impact were calculated.

findings:

For the sustainable development of green entrepreneurship in the rural areas of Torbet Jam, three possible scenarios can be proposed, the first scenario being the strongest and most favorable. This scenario has an interactive effect score of 418 and its compatibility value is 9. The second scenario shows relatively favorable conditions for the future development of green entrepreneurship in the villages of Torbat Jam city, it has a total interaction effect score. 298 and the adaptation value of 3. The third scenario has an adaptation value of -2 and its total interaction score is 196, which can be one of the possible scenarios for the future development of green entrepreneurship in the rural settlements of Torbet Jam.

Conclusion: The results showed that with planning, access to credits and budgets dedicated to the production of green products and branding and marketing of products can be key elements to strengthen the activities of green entrepreneurs in the rural areas of Torbet Jam.
