چکیده

دانش توسعۀ گردشگری پزشکی با مزیت رقابتی به عنوان یکی از زیر بخش‌های مهم گردشگری هنوز محدود است با توجه به جایگاه و قابلیت‌های مهم صنعت گردشگری پزشکی ایران در منطقه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین تعیین‌کننده‌ها و ارائۀ راهبردهای توسعه گردشگری پزشکی با رویکرد رقابت‌پذیری مقاصد در قالب دهکدۀ سلامت در کلان منطقه پنج سلامت (استان فارس) می باشد. در این مطالعه ترکیبی از روش‌های کیفی و کمی استفاده شد. در مرحلۀ اول تحلیل محتوا به مثابه استراتژی تحقیق انتخاب و از نرم‌افزار 18 MAXQDA برای‏ تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بهره گرفته شد، سپس داده‌های گردآوری‌شده در قالب پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و به نهایی‌شدن شاخص‌ها منجر شد. در مرحلۀ دوم، شاخص‌های شناسایی‌شده، جهت ارزیابی وضعیت موجود منطقه با استفاده از تکنیک SWOT ، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و با ترکیب دو تکنیک SWOT و DEMATEL فازی در راستای هدف تحقیق انواع راهبردها مشخص و با استفاده از تکنیک AHP الویت‌بندی شدند. بر اساس چارچوبی از شاخص‌ها با رویکرد رقابت‌پذیری مقصد از جنبه‌های مختلف وضعیت موجود منطقه درراستای هدف تحقیق در قالب عوامل داخلی و خارجی و ارائۀ راهبردها با رویکرد یکپارچه سازی خدمات دسته‌بندی و الویت‌بندی شد. این پژوهش جهت رشد کیفی در جهانگردی پزشکی و ایجاد یک بازار پایدار با توجه به شاخص‌های مطرح‌شده است. در این راستا به ایجاد مزیت رقابتی از طریق ارائۀ خدمات یکپارچه و تدوین، طراحی و پیاده‌سازی راهبردهای این صنعت در آیمزه های مختلف در قالب 8 استراتژی (تهـاجمی، تنوع، بازنگری و تدافعی) با توجه به عوامل شناسایی شده و ارتباط بین آنها پرداخته که لزوم توجه مسؤولان امر حوزه گردشگری سلامت شیراز را به نتایج این پژوهش در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آتی می‌طلبد.
